As Vice President of Global EHS at IFF, I lead the environmental, health, and safety strategy across 120 manufacturing sites and 80+ R&D and office locations worldwide. Reporting directly to the COO, I orchestrated a global transformation focused on risk reduction, safety culture, governance, and talent development—resulting in a 20% reduction in TRIR and measurable improvements across all leading and lagging indicators.I built a high-performing EHS organization through targeted restructuring, succession planning, and the creation of a global EHS career ladder. I partnered with senior leaders to embed EHS into our operating system, making safety a core part of how we work. Working closely with my team and Operations stakeholders across the company, I drove the company’s multi-year Process Safety Management (PSM) strategy and enterprise-wide focus on Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) and potential SIF prevention.I manage the global EHS budget and ensure alignment with strategic goals, delivering results that position EHS as a business enabler.
