I am Director of Global Regulatory Affairs with a focus on North America and Latin America at International Flavors and Fragrances, and I specialize in biotech regulations for food, technical, feed, fuel, and pesticide regulations. My areas of focus are managing/supporting regulatory submissions for the numerous business units such as Home and Personal Care, Grains Processing, Food Enzymes, Dairy and Cultures, and Polysaccharides. Previous portfolios include Protein Solutions, Food Protection, and other food ingredients. I am also responsible for numerous regulatory advocacy projects to champion science-based regulations and am currently chair of the Technical Committee at the Enzyme Technical Association (ETA) and former co-chair of the Feed Committee also at ETA. I have been involved in other associations such as BIO, Animal Nutrition Association of Canada (ANAC), and American Feed Industry Association (AFIA).I also support numerous innovation/white-space projects to provide regulatory guidance.
