Promoted to Senior Director January 2025, responsible for leading North America Personal Care and Dove, Dove Men + Care, and Axe global skin Cleansing Packaging; Promoted to Associate Director in December of 2018, responsible for leading global development and NA deploy skin cleansing packaging development for Axe and Dove Men + Care. Additional responsibility as Ecomm lead in for global Skin Cleansing packaging team starting in 2020. Chosen by management to incrementally lead work focused on recyclability in the Personal Care Skin Cleansing business globally starting in October of 2022. Prior to this, led skin cleansing packaging development projects for Dove and Dove Men Plus Care globally beginning in February 2015. Prior, completed a 2 ½ year secondment leading a global packaging PLM implementation that was directly aligned to corporate simplification goals. Started career at Unilever as a Senior Project Engineer responsible for programs for Vaseline and NA bars. Over time took on additional role of managing the package testing lab in Trumbull as well as taking on the role of operational excellence lead for the Skin Category for part of this time.
