ABOUT LILLY GULDBJERG LUND

I am an analyst/project manager/manager with a big focus on getting the team to deliver on time, in a good quality and within budget. The reason why I succeed with my projects is not only my skills within planning, stakeholder, risk- and dependency management but also that I have many years of experience with all parts of doing IT solution. Experience I have got through many years of programming, analyzing, designing and testing I have handled project with funding from 750k to 2m Euros, all have been delivered within budget.In the positive way I connect to people, I have got teams consisting of people from both IT and Business located in different countries to work together, setting their differences apart and focus on the common goal – to make the project/delivery be a success. The results:The legal/mandatory reporting system were created and are now running the different deliveries in time and in good quality. A flexible system that can include more reports to be added – that I have proved by adding MMSR, SELMA and CSDR ISR reporting to the original tax reporting in the system.I have moved process away from manually done by IT or Business to be running automatically in the reporting system and daily managed by Business. The processes are now more transparent and easier to monitor. By getting the Reporting system for the Customer Tax Reporting to the Danish, Swedish and Finish tax authorities up and running I have helped the company reducing the high numbers of errors. That have a very high impact on the customer satisfaction and the tax authority view on the company in the best possible way. By the analysis I have done before and during being a project manager, I have got the business to have a higher focus on the quality of customer and instrument data. E.g. Making sure that customer data is more regular updated using the CVR register.Me as a person:By listening and coaching I have helped my colleagues, friends and family become even better at what they are doing and finding new possibilities. I find satisfaction in being challenged and being a part of changes. And that makes me not afraid to take up new challenges also in other areas than IT and Financial sectors, I can see that my knowledge from leading projects and my people skills can be used in other areas not only as project manager but also as team manager.
