ABOUT LIDIA KRUPA KLEMETSRUD

I have an extensive knowledge on the employee benefits package for the state/municipal agencies such as HSA, HRA, FSA, medical, dental, vision, and retiree benefits. I have also worked in a clearinghouse agency for the state Medicare programs. This opportunity exposed me to knowledge on all EDI transactions (837s, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 277CA, 834, 820), as well as understanding of the provider enrollment and claim adjudication processes. Currently, I am working with private and public health care insurance companies/TPAs on payment reconciliation solutions and online member premium payments. All of my previous positions required integration with vendors, brokers and assignments to internal product enhancement projects. I have worked with the financial institutions on ACH and PosPay set up as well as various card processing vendors for credit card transaction processing.Although, I am a project manager by title producing standard project management deliverables and timelines I put on several hats during an implementation life cycle. I love analysis and digging into the requirements to fully understand the scope and solution for fulfillment. I work very closely with the development teams and question internal set up; even to the database level if needed. I am anxiously awaiting the solution to be completed for a client so I can test it along with the QA resources to make sure the requirements were captured accurately and the client will see a quality product during their user acceptance (UA) phase. Upon completion of UA I work with production support teams on production roll out activities, code deployment, training and escalation.
