ABOUT LAVANYA SANTHANAKRISHNAN

I’m a Group Product Manager at Lessen, where I lead the Vendor Pricing & Revenue Optimization portfolio. My team builds and scales the core engines behind Pricing, Procurement, Billing, and Dispatch systems that help deliver fast, reliable, high-quality services to thousands of customers and contractors across the U.S. and Canada.I love building intelligent, scalable platforms that don’t just function well, but genuinely delight the people who use them. My work is deeply rooted in AI-forward product discovery and delivery. I partner closely with business stakeholders and data science teams to turn insights into action for optimizing pricing models, improving decision-making, and unlocking value across the ecosystem.My background spans Information Systems, Decision Sciences, human-centered design, and new product innovation.
