WORK HISTORY
Senior Product Manager @Arrive Logistics
Arrive Logistics is a fast-growing freight brokerage utilizing a Copilot Model: building internal technology tools designed to empower our teams to focus on providing the best service in the industry.I lead a product team focused on Arrive\'s International Expansion program. We solve problems related to cross border logistics, enabling our company\'s growth into the Mexican and Canadian freight markets. I have built deep relationships with my colleagues who work in these markets to better understand the intricacies of cross border freight and to ensure their unique workflows can be successfully represented in our internal products. My goal is always to balance the human needs of these users with Arrive\'s overall business goals for this program. This is a highly collaborative effort because we are changing many foundational aspects of Arrive\'s system, which requires a high degree of coordination across product teams.
