Project Manager @Con Edison

As the Project Manager of the Gas Regulatory Programs group at Con Edison, I manage one employee and a number of gas compliance projects. I serve as Con Edison’s lead in all gas safety regulatory matters, and am a key point of contact for NY Public Service Commission items. I project manage all pending gas regulatory changes, from both PHMSA and NY PSC. I am responsible for the advanced planning and forward looking strategies associated with regulation changes and new regulatory requirements. One large project we are working on is the \"Mega Rule\" coming out from PHMSA related to gas transmission MAOP validation, and pending Operator Qualification rule coming out from NY. I am also the chair of Con Edison\'s Gas Operator Qualification (OQ) Committee and am responsible for the management and oversight of Con Edison\'s OQ Plan and Gas Operation\'s compliance with the corporate Pipeline Drug and Alcohol Program. And I act as an internal subject matter expert for many regulatory related gas safety items, including Transmission Integrity Management, OQ, Drug and Alcohol compliance, and many other topics. I am also the Chair of the Northeast Gas Association’s OQ Committee, and an active member of other NGA and AGA industry groups.
