Primarily responsible for developing the security strategies and policies required to ensure that the organization will meet the goals set by the board of directors, National, State, and local enforcement agencies are met. Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the overall security of the organization. Develop and integrate security programs designed to protect the highest caliber of personnel and assets while satisfying the needs of our clients. Collaborate with Chief Operating Officer (COO) on five- and ten-year plans for corporate growth and how the security posture will remain on pace with emerging threats.
