ABOUT LAMIN SOUMARÉ
AboutSpecialized AI Talent Advisor | Connecting Top-Tier AI Experts with Cutting-Edge Projects I help forward-thinking companies build and scale high-impact AI teams—from initial concept through full implementation. With over 6 years in talent acquisition and AI project enablement, I’ve placed Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Architects across industries. By leveraging data-driven sourcing strategies and hands-on project guidance, I consistently reduce time-to-hire by up to 30 % and ensure seamless integration of AI talent into live environments. What I bring to the table: End-to-End AI Recruiting: From crafting precise job briefs to negotiating offers, I manage the entire hiring lifecycle for roles in machine learning, data engineering, NLP, and more.🤝 Agile Project Support: I onboard and coordinate freelance AI experts, align budgets and timelines, and maintain transparent communication to keep pilots and PoCs on track. Industry-Focused Expertise: Proven success placing teams in regulated sectors (chemicals, life sciences, manufacturing), with a keen understanding of compliance and domain-specific AI use cases. I’m passionate about the intersection of people and technology—believing that the right talent is the catalyst for transformative AI outcomes. If you’re looking to accelerate your AI initiatives and build a world-class team, let’s connect! Feel free to send me a message here on LinkedIn or reach out at l••••••••@harveynash.de
