It implies there is a need to understand the configuration of the application designed, configured/coded as well as know who to consult before changes can be scoped, designed, etc;The same knowledge is used to assist with the resolution of escalated urgent/complex issues to ensure business continuity and also to help scope and change design to the solution(s).Active demonstration of driving continuous improvements to improve Operational Excellence. Be a Technology Expert to review the designs, code and artifacts and provide an approval for production deployment.Onboard Support Teams for new platforms and setup the contract.
