As a Reliability Engineer within Shell PLC\'s QGC devision, my role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of assets through the development and implementation of robust reliability strategies by doing Analysis. Leveraging methodologies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), I identify potential risks and failures, devising proactive maintenance plans to mitigate them.Utilizing Power BI dashboards and data analysis techniques, I monitor key performance indicators and identify underperforming assets, known as \"bad actors,\" to improve their reliability and performance. My expertise in SAP CM and PM integration aids in managing maintenance activities effectively, while PM optimization techniques minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan.Overall, my role is dedicated to ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and availability of assets, contributing to safe and efficient operations within the Queensland Gas Corporation asset portfolio.
