In my role as VP in F5 EMEA, I have been leading North, West and East Europe region. Today head of our businesses in NW EMEA including UK, Ireland, the Nordic, Baltics and BeNeLux areas. We have an important task working closely with our customers in large companies and governments throughout their cybersecurity and digital transformation journey. At the core of the complex IT infrastructure and multi cloud solutions. I’m passionate about leading multitalented people of different cultures and languages. We are operating in a fast changing, complex and competitive tech sector. Constantly developing ourselves to perform at the highest level. This is in line with the F5 philosophy of finding and shaping brilliance in the tech space, with a strong focus on making each other thrive.My specialties include CRO activities, like profitable sales growth, SaaS transformation, LAER, MEDDPICC implementation in ever changing reality. By building diverse multicultural, high-performing teams and nurturing young talents.I see London as my second home but I am based near Stockholm, close to the nature. Great place when having a passion for outdoor sports and sailing. I’m a Sail Race Officer in my spare time, leading the Sail Race competition (\"regattas\") in national and international championships. National sailing league, Round Gotland race etc.
