I am passionate about helping people realize the dream of homeownership. I love to educate the people I work with to make sure they understand each and every step of the process and feel comfortable and confident when entering the home-buying process. It is important to me that buyers know all their options so they can make informed decisions. I specialize in helping First Time Buyers as well as our Senior Citizens. I take the time to clearly explain and educate buyers and borrowers on what programs can be utilized to best serve the specific needs of each client. Communication is key! Whether it\'s good news or bad news, I believe in communicating quickly and working as a team to problem-solve with my buyers, borrowers, and referral partners. I take the time to be thorough and efficient in this fast-changing market so that my buyers and borrowers can shop with confidence and have the best chance of getting their offers accepted. I strive to always be ready to close early! I\'ve been in Mortgage Lending Sales positions since I\'ve lived in Vacaville for over 15 years and have raised 2 children here. My kids have grown up in this community playing sports joining clubs and attending camps throughout the city of Vacaville. I enjoy watching my kids do what they love I spend a lot of time watching my son on the baseball diamond and my daughter on the tennis courts. I am a huge dog lover and I really enjoy spending time at our local parks and meeting up with other dog owners. My family and I love being outdoors and getting involved in the community events around us. We like to explore new places and go on road trips and weekend vacations that we enjoy. Our favorite spot is Bodega Bay.
