   Manage a team of 20+ Field Applications Scientists who support the IsoPlexis technology directly with customers but also through distributors. This team includes 2 Managers, 2 Supervisors and 2 Team Leads*Drive strategy planning within the teams. Help the teams determine their Key Performance Indicators and maintain weekly team and individual bowlers*Introduced some Danaher Business Systems tools to improve team’s performance (Problem Solving Process, Action Plans, kaizens, Daily Management, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping)*Worked with Sales Ops to create FAS Dashboards to help drive KPI performance and SFDC compliance*Planning and execution of quarterly meetings of NA and EMEA FAS *Bi-weekly calls with the APAC FAS team and weekly calls with APAC FAS manager to drive process compliance and keep them updated, helped them create a certification program for their co-labs to run services program*Created a Certified Services Program and a check list for distributors*Responsible for creating commission plans for the Field Applications Scientists *Twice a week meeting with the scientific support team to review open data evaluations and reviewed all root cause analysis reports*Work closely with Marketing and Research and Development teams to bring new products to market*Created the FAS leveling/ Career Ladder for both individual contributor and people leader*Worked with the FAS to help them define their yearly Objectives and Development plans.
