Managing & supporting Commercial projects, enhancements and day to day support activities for IT. Leading Merger and Acquisition projects for IT. Working closely with the VP and directors of Commercial/and Customer Care business function and VP of Business Development; IT CIO, Director and other internal IT cross functional team members at Reddy Ice; external 3rd party companies. Key activities include – • Implemented Scan Based Trading projects for CirckleK, Walmart, Walgreens, Speedway and Lowe’s customers. • Closely worked with Nexxus (3rd party) and provided data inputs for calculating shrink for SBT customers. • Provide solution design, IT support & enhancement to the commercial organization, for applications such as SugarCRM and drove business proves improvements. • Lead and managed several Merger/Acquisition projects for IT. Examples: Emergency Ice and Vegas Ice. • Lead a key role in 7LB product conversion project. • Run monthly Governance meetings with Commercial/Customer Care business stakeholders and prioritize projects and enhancements. • Gather reporting requirements from Commercial business and worked with IT team for implementation
