As an EDI Administrator supporting Monster Energy’s global digital operations, I play a critical role in both production support and large-scale transformation initiatives. I lead the onboarding of new EDI messages for key trading partners, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC systems and third-party logistics (3PL) platforms. My responsibilities extend across technical troubleshooting, system monitoring, and process optimization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new customers and trading partners with inbound and outbound EDI messaging across sales, logistics, and transportation workflows.Provide end-to-end support for EDI and TMS issues including IDOC errors, translation failures, shipment data discrepancies, and SAP integration gaps.Actively contribute to Monster Energy’s Digital Transformation initiative, supporting the global rollout of SAP Transportation Management (TM), ASOP, and new 3PL logistics models to streamline distributor order management.Execute system testing, error troubleshooting, and validation of EDI message mapping to ensure business continuity and partner compliance.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external consultants, and global end users to drive operational alignment and system reliability.Develop and maintain EDI master data, trading partner cross-reference tables, and documentation in SAP.Provide training and documentation to internal teams, enhancing EDI understanding and system adoption across departments.
