I lead an Agile team of 23 people to implement the platform and realise the vision- Introduced and drove the adoption of Machine Learning Operations, MLOps in Anglo American- Coached 5 data product teams to phase ML development and deployment at different technology readiness levels, TRL- Seed 3 product teams with data science and machine learning capability that have matured and deployed machine learning into production- Maturing model simulation capability with software framework demonstrated to businesses the power of simulation with advanced analytics- Build agile and resilient teams.
