Working collaboratively with Development team (Technical) and Business stakeholders (non-Technical) to clarify requirement through meeting and discussion. Providing testing estimates, creating test plans, test cases and providing timely feedback to product owner and team about testing activities. Performing API testing to validate different healthcare transactions to make sure test outcomes are based on agreed upon acceptance criteria. Manipulation of test data and API request and pushing transaction via Postman, SOAPUI, Restful Web Service to get expected data and validated test outcome using complex Database queries. Extensively used Complex DB queries to pull test data, execute Select, Insert, update, and delete queries, validate transaction logging, error logging in various database tables to validate test outcomes. Working with Claims (837), Prior Authorization (278), Auth Attachment (275), Enrollment, Payment, ADT, CCDA, File processing Following Defect Management Life Cycle to report defects to respective developers, log defects in test management tool, and take actions based on severity and priority of the defect. Actively involved in building, design, and configuring applications to meet business process. Validate communication between patient portal and Provider portal including Eligibility and Benefit, Auth Submission, Claims, procedure codes, payment etc. Verify and validate new products added to the health insurance. Collaborate with different teams for obtaining test data and validate based on the business requirement. Retrieve or create test data through multiple systems and validate test outcomes after test case execution based on business requirement. Demonstration to the client for product approval and provide maintenance, development along with post-production support.
