This consists of hundreds of locations• License Agreements / Building Access – negotiate with landlord across North America CAN/US to bring fiber into or onto their property to service their customer or data center connectivity. Manage Team of 3 plus a lease administration team to manage Thousands of location where we have network installed.• Manage existing real estate portfolio for network expansion, including all critical network and revenue producing facilities.• Negotiate all aspects of Real Estate Agreements to comply with financial, business and operational objectives; the individual must comply with departmental and internal company controls processes;• Maintain centralized contract database for all Real Estate agreements, using Salesforce.com;• Develop key dashboards and manage Expense Builders to forecast changes in planned versus actual expenses;• Manage and sustain vendor relationships (Landlord, Data Center Operators, etc);
