ABOUT KELLY HAAS

Kelly Haas is the superhero behind the daily grind of the Haas house. In this role, she oversees the daily activities of four junior associates. Her organizational skills, combined with her ability to laugh at herself enable Kelly to successfully thrive (or cope) with the ever-changing demands of the day. She is a passionate prayer warrior and a regular initiator of family dance parties. During her MetLife career, Kelly served as both the founder and director of LEAD, a sales leadership development program. The primary objective of LEAD is to provide aspiring sales leaders with opportunities to grow their network, enhance their perspective and gain additional access to other leaders across the organization. Prior to LEAD, she led the Sales Trainee Program where she developed a comprehensive approach to recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training and deploying MetLife\'s entry level sales talent. In addition, Kelly served in a variety of roles at MetLife including field sales, sales support and strategic planning. As a mom of four, Kelly is passionate about raising whole-hearted children. She currently serves on the Advisory Panel for a non-profit, Birds on a Wire, designed to encourage and equip moms. As a graduate of University of Georgia, Kelly is a proud bulldog and a college football fan. She loves spending time with her family, and is an expert on sidewalk chalk, bubbles and popsicles. She enjoys reading and is quickly becoming a podcast addict.
