Project Manager @Lantern Point Labs

Lantern Point Labs (LPL) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping ventures achieve market readiness and secure essential funding. Acting as an extension of each company\'s team, LPL provides venture consultants and industry experts who deliver critical guidance on strategy, customer acquisition, and fundraising—enabling founders to refine their go-to-market approaches, establish customer traction, and strengthen investor-facing efforts. As a Venture Fellow, I support startup founders by conducting market and competitive research, developing go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies, and contributing to financial and business analysis. I utilize structure consulting methods and AI-driven tools to support data-informed decision making and scalable strategy development.
