The Digital Talent Center is a national team of highly specialized Senior Recruiters focused exclusively on UX, UI, MarTech, and Front End Design placements across the United States- Provide primary support to the Branch Director, Practice Director and 5 Recruiters- Onboard new employees and process employee terminations- Prepare, send, and monitor candidate pre-placement and onboarding documents for completion and compliance- Enter candidate information into internal database system- Track and manage candidate time sheet entry, prepare payroll/billing adjustments, and assist with candidate unemployment claims- Review and submit invoices, following budgetary guidelines- Liaise with other teams nationally for onboarding, projects, and reporting- Support revenue generating activities- Assist in lead generation, job posting, and reporting processes- Aid in various marketing efforts (calls, emails, etc.).
