ABOUT KAYLA HUNT
I am currently the Manager at Accurate Background for our Training and Quality Team in our Global Client Services department. My team specializes in training both new hires across the globe and cross training our tenured agents in additional skills and processes. We operate our Quality program that focuses on etiquette and accuracy using a consistent monitoring and coaching model. Also, we design and monitor our training and resource materials to ensure accuracy, alignment and ease of use. In addition to the above, I also have previous experience in the financial industry in which I was regularly recognized for my ability to provide exceptional service, follow all procedures accurately and identify and prevent monetary loss from fraud. I would quickly be promoted in my position which would lead to me obtaining the training to conduct high risk international transactions and mentor both new and tenured representatives. In my personal life I am a wife and mother to my daughter and several rescued pets. I am fluent in Russian and have received years of training in Spanish, French and American Sign Language.
