Kathleen (They/Them) of Portland, ME is a versatile professional with a proven track record of award-winning internal and external relationship management. As an Operations Supervisor, Project Manager and community leader, they\'ve excelled in organized, innovative systems-thinking, balancing precision work with big-picture perspective. Kathleen is frequently noticed for their polished, cogent business and interpersonal communication and facilitation garnering the respect of clients, colleagues and community at all levels. They are skilled at distilling complex or challenging concepts for mixed audiences and lead courageous conversations with their signature blend of warmth and visionary style. They are lifelong learner who thinks deeply and dynamically about complex topics, frequenting educational workshops and lectures on topics spanning philosophy, technology, art/design, social justice and spirituality. They are a Summa Cum Laude Gender Studies graduate of USM Portland ‘22. They served 20••••23 as Vice Chair of the Board for Hardy Girls, a ME non-profit that teaches girls and non-binary youth critical thinking, coalition building and status-quo challenging skills. Recently, Kathleen organized two public altars serving as community containers to grieve the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe V. Wade, provide educational resources, and garner donations for the Black-led Reproductive Justice Movement.
