ABOUT KATE RABINOWITZ
I’m studying computational neuroscience with a data science minor at Claremont McKenna College, and my work is focused on modeling complex systems and reasoning about their behavior under real constraints.I have experience building and analyzing neural network models, working with time-series data, and writing Python to clean, structure, and interrogate large datasets. I’ve worked on projects involving EEG signal processing, information-theoretic evaluation of models, and reconstruction problems where the inputs are noisy and the structure is not obvious. I have experience moving between modeling, analysis, and implementation. I’m especially interested in software, data, or technical analyst roles where engineers are close to the problem and responsible for turning ambiguity into something usable.
