ABOUT AIDAN OCONNELL

Since I was a kid I have constantly been working. Whether it was six days of soccer practice, six days of school with Saturday classes, or taking on full time shifts at my summer job, I always look to fully commit myself. Along with simply putting in hours, that also means stepping up into leadership positions. I take on leadership roles in all aspects of campus life, and I was an anchor point for an often rotating and inexperienced cast of workers over the summer. And when store management became strained, I got involved with back end supply and ordering to make sure everything continued to run smoothly. With that said, the most significant part of my former work experience has been the relationships I have formed with coworker and customer alike. No matter the group, I have always found ways to adapt to the environment and contribute to a welcoming yet focused team atmosphere. Above all, believe in treating people with respect and kindness. Ask anyone I have worked with before and I am sure they will agree: I care and it makes a difference.
