About Kate Mitchum

As Managing Director of Property Management at Senné, Kate leads all property management and maintenance operations for the firm across all regions, overseeing all maintenance, marketing, leasing, and accounting for the portfolio of third party management properties and for Senné’s owned and operated assets. Since joining the firm in early spring 2013, Kate has played a vital role in the growth of the department and has directly led initiatives that have improved overall service offerings, increased staffing proficiency, improved policies and procedures, increased training programs, advanced technology platforms, and has grown the portfolio of managed assets by over 400% since taking over as Managing Director in 2017. Kate’s proven ability to cut costs and grow revenues through analytical thinking and detailed financial management ensures all our properties operate efficiently and effectively. Kate spends her days meeting with clients and vendors, spreading brand awareness, and ensuring her team feels supported and motivated, and readily have access to the tools they need to succeed and meet both their individual and collective goals.
