I have built my career in Boston real estate for over 20 years, developing a strong foundation in property maintenance and advancing through leadership roles in leasing, property management, and operations.I began at The Hamilton Company, where I spent more than 13 years honing hands-on expertise in maintenance and vendor relations before transitioning into property management. As a Property Coordinator, I supported portfolios of 500+ units, ensuring residents received exceptional service. My promotion to Leasing Manager at Hamilton’s downtown office expanded my responsibilities to managing a 500+ unit portfolio and successfully leading the lease-up of a 50-unit new construction project in Downtown Boston—a key career milestone.Since then, I have served as Property Manager and Senior Property Manager for private firms across Boston, broadening my expertise in multifamily and condominium management. Joining Senne further accelerated my growth, and after five years of demonstrated leadership, I now serve as Director, overseeing teams, portfolios, and client relationships with a focus on excellence and innovation.Recognized as proactive and detail oriented, I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to every role.
