I’m a first generation student from Miami, Florida with a passion for wellness, advocacy, and helping others achieve their best physical and mental health. As a student at Florida State University, I’m focused on developing leadership, communication, and service skills that aligns with my goal of becoming a licensed physical therapist.My journey has been shaped by a deep appreciation for perseverance, community, and support. Coming from a first-gen background, I’ve learned the importance of guidance, mentorship, and creating opportunities for others who share similar challenges. Through campus involvement and health-focused initiatives, I strive to promote holistic wellness and empower others to build confidence in their personal growth.I’m especially interested in the connection between physical recovery and emotional well-being how movement, motivation, and mindset work together in rehabilitation. My long-term goal is to serve diverse communities through patient-centered care, advocacy, and education in physical therapy.
