Requires review of executed contractual programs and detailed examination of customers reports to identify eligible units for payment and ineligible contract exclusions, model home agreement, market development. •Maintain tracking reports for residential new construction installations that gives detailed information by builder, sales manager, city, state, model number installed, amount of rebate, quantity and contractor, which is used for marketing data, bonus payouts, new item launches, forecasting, category management.•Gatekeeper and first approver on special pricing requests.•Coordinate sales related payments for promotions, programs, sponsorships, events, advertising. Ensure sufficient funding from appropriate budget is available and that requests have proper approvals, adequate proof of performance that meets compliance guidelines.
