Technical Lead and Release Train Engineer (RTE) for controls software engineering’s customer, manufacturing, & internal deliverables, including Machinery Condition Monitoring and Vibration analytical system for Gas Turbine (GT), Steam Turbine (ST), and Plant applications for both NPI projects and services. • Leading and managing a cross-functional team of 12-14 members, including project architect, product owners, scrum master, and engineers (controls software, electrical, and mechanical), to execute multiple jobs, task and product releases.• Own all engineering technical releases for controls software engineering task related to customer, manufacturing, engineering, and internal project deliverables.• Responsible for technical procurement and release of more than $18-$20 million in annual supplier orders for Machine Monitoring System (BN 3500 Series and Orbit 60), Condition Monitoring (BN System One), and Onsite Monitoring System (OSM) for Gas turbine, Steam Turbine and Plant Network. • Develop and implement custom software and hardware tools for GT Controls, to significantly improving team productivity and delivery quality.• Lead development of comprehensive test plan, test suite, test cases, and test scripts, using Controls CLM Quality Management software, reducing release defects by 12% in customer and manufacturing deliverables.• Partner with sourcing to review quotes & proposal in SourceGate ERP, review & approve Supplier Deviations in ClearOrbit, and process vendor documentation in Supplier-PLM for all OTR projects.• Conduct Daily Management meeting with project leads and task owners to identify urgent actions to mitigate risk/minimize delay on task closures.• Present quarterly Program Increment (PI) accomplishments to executive leadership, offering strategic insights for roadmap planning and resource allocation.• Mentor and support new team members through onboarding and training, ensuring alignment with core processes and procedures.
