ABOUT KAIRA ANAND SRINIVAS

I am a Chartered Accountant with 12 years of post qualification experience. I have varied experiences in business finance, taxation, internal audits, process reviews, planning and budget analysis and statutory audits. I am currently the finance business partner and BA controller for Arcadis\'s Global Excellence Centers across 3 location worldwide. My role is to partner with the global leadership to translate and execute the Arcadis global strategy into the Global Excellence Centers (GEC\'s).I have worked as the Economics Lead for the East markets with Shell India Markets Private Limited. I was engaged in the area of economic deal modelling for the marketing business of Shell. My horizon stretched to Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia I was the marketing finance business partner in Diageo India. This role means that I am the focal point for all financial related analytics and reporting for brand top line and bottom line performance. I hold the tension on performance, A&P spends, RoI\'s and reinvestment and brand extensions.In Grant Thonton, I was responsible for the planning, execution and conclusion of statutory engagements. This includes the review of internal controls, assessment of fraud risks and business risks, and review of the financial statements of the client. This involves leading of small teams and reporting of the manager and partner on status.I have worked in various industries such as manufacturing, services, PE funds etc.
