A results-driven banking executive with more than two decades of experience in consumer and small business banking. Today, I serve as Regional Sales Consultant for the Blue Ridge Region at First Citizens Bank, partnering with regional leadership to drive growth, elevate performance, and strengthen a culture centered on people and customers across SC, NC, VA and WV.My work focuses on: • Strategic Execution: Turning vision into measurable results and aligning efforts to long-term goals. • Coaching and Development: Empowering leaders and teams to deliver exceptional, client-centered experiences. • Collaboration and Advocacy: Partnering across markets and business lines to accelerate growth and champion excellence.Previously, I spent 22 years with Wells Fargo, most recently as Region Bank Executive for South Carolina and Greater Georgia, leading 125 branches, 1,300+ employees, and more than $30 billion in assets. Earlier in my career, I led Sales and Marketing Strategy for Consumer and Business Banking in South Carolina, advancing customer growth, coaching leaders, and expanding market share to #1 in the state. I also served as regional lead for Hands on Banking, a national financial literacy initiative.
