ABOUT JUSTIN WILSON

At Enru, I oversee comprehensive EHS strategies to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our workforce. With a robust background in regulatory compliance and risk management, I lead initiatives that integrate EHS considerations into all facets of our operations, enhancing safety standards and operational efficiencies. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align EHS goals with corporate objectives, leveraging my expertise in safety and resource management. Joining Enru has allowed me to combine my passion for EHS leadership with a commitment to operational excellence and corporate responsibility. Together, we are shaping a safer and healthier future for our employees. Prior to Enru, I was a Regional Safety Manager for the Central Division at Martin Brower, a subsidiary of Reyes Holdings. I was responsible for mitigating risk and leading safety and wellness programs across nine distribution centers by tying culture, wellness, and safety together for the company. I also partnered in developing, implementing, and evaluating safety programs for all 27 distribution centers throughout the United States. I previously served as a Sub-Regional Workplace Health & Safety Manager for Amazon Logistics. I provided leadership in Health & Safety matters over multiple sites while leading a team of safety professionals at each site. I coordinated and implemented all areas of the Amazon Global Program, as well as promoted a positive Health & Safety culture by assessing, tracking, and analyzing Health & Safety performance. I also have experience as an EH & S Manager at a specialty aerosol/chemical manufacturer where I inspected and evaluated the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards. Prior to that I was an Operational Excellence Manager in the automotive industry where I split duties between operational excellence functions, scheduling/planning, and EH & S. I started my career as a Production Manager, where I oversaw production in the automotive, aerospace and industrial gas turbine industries. I have an extensive background in some of the most highly regulated industries and have a well-rounded understanding of many business practices from health and safety, supply chain, materials handling and inventory/production/quality management. When I\'m not on the job, I enjoy golfing, attending many Chicago Cubs home games, and indulging my love for traveling to new places.
