1. Senior Principal Systems Architect

   Cytracom

   Apr 2025 — Present · McKinney, TX, US

   Currently harness engineering and rolling out high-quality, performant, cost-effective AI dark factory patterns across all Cytracom products and internal business processes.Built a sandboxed agent orchestration platform that converts product specs into production-ready pull requests with live, on-demand, ephemeral preview environments. Non-technical stakeholders can trigger implementation workflows, iterate, and ship features without engineering involvement.Built an AI-powered code review system, replacing a $12k/year commercial tool in 8 hours. Unlike the original tool, which only flagged issues, this solution automatically generates and applies fixes. Configuration is defined in Markdown and version-controlled in Git, enabling easy customization and auditability. Self-hosted on internal infrastructure with costs limited to model API credits.Designed and shipped Unity, Cytracom’s MSP-facing product marketplace, lightweight CRM, and user management platform. Unity provides a user-friendly system for granular RBAC, SSO across the Cytracom product suite and integrated partner products, as well as seamless integration with third-party IdPs.Technical lead and personnel manager for the Systems Architect and Platform Engineering teams.
