To coordinate the process of connecting new Property Management System\'s and new Websites to SiteMinder\'s products, after the development team has built the new connection. In my role, I also help to certify that the new connection is acceptable, with piloting hotel using the connection, and ensure there are no issues with the connection before it goes into a live connection- Analyse XML requests and responses that are logged for 3rd party API connections, through Terminal ID - Reservation XML troubleshooting - Tailing Data received on Terminal ID to monitor new connections- Validate production setup for OTA\'s and PMS\'s and advise if ready- Group error responses and contact API’s to advise of errors- Gathering credentials to setup a new API connection - Coordinate & plan Channels or PMS Migration The role also includes creating and updating internal documentations for our PMS, RMS, CMS, OTA, IBE and Wholesalers partners to inform and train our internal support and onboarding team.

Project Manager with over 10 years of experience at SiteMinder. Started from running pilot phases for new Online Travel Agents, Internet Booking Engines, Central Reservations, Wholesalers and Property Management Systems after they have been tested, developed and certified; to managing all approved projects in the SiteMinder API team. Created technical documentation for connection built in-house and by partners. The role gave me the opportunity to see the project steps in the development pipeline and review it to create a better one to make the transition of partners smoother and productive. With 5 years at H.I.M (Amadeus 3rd party) as a Software Consultant where I was able to do multiple roles and tasks. I had the opportunity to provide software support and build projects for integrations for single and multi-property environments. This included, planning the install from start date to finish (and the follow-up after install), implementing PMS software on hotel properties both on a test server, live server and clients, providing software training to users (Client) and Internal staff (Support). My role also consisted to monitor support calls and responses. Run QA testing. Build and review User Manuals and Technical Notes. Performed sales demo to potential customers and Running client’s installation surveys.
