The key point of contact for all work performed in offshores on behalf of SiteMinder global service delivery teams. As the go-between for groups within SiteMinder and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, this role is pivotal to the success and performance of the Support Services setup within the business. This role supports SiteMinder’s internal Service Delivery teams by:• Working with the Service Delivery teams in all regions globally to understand what work is able to be carried out by the Support Services team offshores;• Understanding requirements and turning those into clearly defined pieces of work which can be undertaken by the offshore teams;• Ensuring that all workflows and processes involved in getting work to and from the offshore teams are optimal and that improvements are constantly being sought to ensure efficiency is maximised;• Ensuring that all work which is performed is of the highest standard and is completed with efficiency so that stakeholders are able to benefit from ‘offshoring’ some of their workflows to the offshore teams;• Working directly with the offshore teams to ensure optimal outputs are met and that any unforeseen workforce capacity is used for meaningful tasks where possible;• Recommending to and partnering with business stakeholders to find optimal ways to complete pieces of work where the offshore team has an involvement;• Ensuring that the Service Delivery teams at SiteMinder have the lowest possible cost overhead for key items of work deemed appropriate to be performed out of offshore teams.
