ABOUT JOYCE FEIFERT

I have worked in the electrical distribution industry for 49 years, filling many different positions and having many opportunities to learn all aspects of our business. I\'ve enjoyed everything from working with the counter customer looking for the oddball part to the implementation of complex business systems. I love training and empowering people and starting people in a job that can give them skills to improve their life and develop a career. One of my greatest joys is the shaping and strength that a team has as it develops, and I love the feel of a properly motivated group of people working together on a common goal. I have many different skills sets, and I\'ve been very lucky to get to exercise and explore so many of them in an industry so diverse and filled with so many wonderful people. I\'m still very lucky to be in an industry that allows me to learn every day and enjoy new challenges.
