I practice in all areas of civil litigation, but have a growing focus on trust, estate, and relationship property disputes. I am also interested in Pacific legal systems.I regularly assist clients with the legal implications following difficult times – be it a recent separation or death in the family. I act on complex trust and estate disputes, as well as other areas of civil litigation. I regularly appear in the Family Court and High Court and have appeared in the Court of Appeal as both lead and junior counsel. I have a Masters of Law (International Law) from the Australian National University, and am well equipped to advise clients on disputes with a cross-border element. I am also admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Fiji.
