About Josh M. Dexter

Driven, self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit and mentor. I have over 10 years of experience in Project Management between Gas Complex Utilities and Cellular Telecommunications. Combined I have 20 years of management, coaching and leadership experience. What drives me is motivating others and achieving success. I really enjoy challenges and putting teams of subject matter experts together to create innovative ideas to achieve a desirable outcome. I am a fast learner with all the essential skills for team building including trust, respect, diversity, equity, inclusion and developing all team members into team leaders who own their problems and produce the answers. I hold a dual bachelor\'s degree in English and Psychology which contribute to my communication styles and assisting all my colleagues. Additionally, I have a certification in Six Sigma as a Green Belt, Construction Project Management, and Project Management Professional (PMP). I have participated in programs such as The Living Leader with Penny Ferguson and Intent Based Leadership with L. David Marquet. These programs have taught me the difference between a leader and a manager as well as how to transform my team from a leader-follower model into a leader-leader model.
