Effectively manage all land right issues and provide technical support for construction activities for Wind and Solar. Manage Professional Service Contracts (PSC), Purchase Orders (PO) and task orders for construction management activities as may be required to support resource allocation needs. Maintain land owner relationships and visit land owners as needed. Provide responsive management and negotiating skills to comply with contractual obligations as needed. Manage ALTA surveys and title policies through the curative review process prior to construction. Inspect land owner properties and surveys relative to constraints mapping required for construction. Assist construction activities and obtain permits, including site access requirements. Receive feed-back from the following departments: Construction, Commercial Operations, Wind Development and Solar.
