Translation Project Manager - Team Lead @ProductLife Group

My current responsibilities at ProductLife Group Group are as follows: • Managing linguistic projects for mid-size to large multinational IT, pharmaceutical and life science clients. During the latter third of my day, I still Project Manage for US-based clients. • Meeting with clients on a regular basis about current and on-going projects. Onboarding new clients and introducing them to our software and translation process. • Managing the Translation Project Management in Eastern Europe in all assets on their job. I manage the hiring process of new Project Managers, the allocation of work, project margins for the department, overall KPI goals, and overall Quality Assurance for the department which includes audit certification. • Managing the Desktop Publishing department which is also internal and based in the Americas and India. • Working with sales to create price sheets and annual target goals for the department. • Working with our internal Regulatory Affairs department on the Translation of PILs, SMPCs, PIs, Leaflets, and other pharmaceutical documents for their external clients for submission to the EMA (European Medicines Agency). • Managing the vendor recruitment process into our database as well as maintaining a rigorously high standard of quality for our department.
