Experienced Facilitator with a demonstrated history of working in Government, Insurance and Agriculture sectors. Skilled in Team Building, Data Collection, Marketing, Agriculture, and Accounting. Natural leader with professional, academic, and association/organizational leadership experience. Life long learner with interests in many areas and subjects including Agriculture, Economics, Insurance, Government and Regulations. This passion for learning has lead to the completion of Associate in Risk Management and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter Designations from The Institutes, further expanding my knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry and expand my abilities as Risk Management Consultant. A MBA holder where I was able to expand my business knowledge and overall expertise developed in my Bachelors and Post-Baccalaureate programs in Agricultural Education where I learned I wide range of agricultural sciences ranging from Plant/Ornamental Horticultural sciences, Agricultural Business/Management, Animals Sciences and Agricultural Mechanic\'sExperience facilitating educational experiences/surveys/interactions/interviews for diverse audiences in various settings (ranging from seminar settings, formal survey settings, and classroom settings), synthesizing information for students in addition to creating an environment where students are able to ask questions and become even more well rounded.
