With a life-long career commitment to the Property,Casualty,and Health Insurance Industry, I have always been passionate about the Independent Agency System for marketing insurance products. My success with driving increased revenues into their business has led me to being versatile enough to transition to personal production. With field management experience across 3/4 of the U.S.I have always thrived on creating excitement around goals and bringing others to achieve a higher performance.My personal brand has always been received positively and afforded me great success in each Carrier role I held.My willingness to evolve with the industry has made my skills relevant and lead me to continue to seek new opportunities.I relish goals and being part of a team seeking to achieve those goals.My marriage,family,and community.have always made me rich with energy.After 3 yrs. as a Dollartree store mgr I have moved to a less stressful position with Hyvee Supermarket. I am ready to share my varied sports background and a personal style of always finishing strong and remaining successful.As I continue to look for challenges I have moved on to a fulltime position with the IRS.After 6 weeks of training I am a Tax Examiner in the Code and Edit dept. from may 2022 to may 2023. Since May 2023 I have advanced to more interaction directly with the public thru the Accts. Mgmt dept as a contact rep. It has kept my mind sharp.
