As a Health Insurance Broker my job starts by having a good understanding of what the client is looking to do - develop a new benefit package for the company or make changes to their existing benefits. I\'m contracted with many insurance carriers therefore I work hard to find the right package for each client. Once the right plan is determined I assist with enrollment by ensuring that all paperwork is processed on a timely basis, I assist with educating employees on their new plan, ID cards, provider network and so on. I continue to service the business by answering any questions or addressing any issue that arises.
