Ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with regulations, laws, policies and procedures governing health, safety and environmental matters;\\\\n• In conjunction with Ameresco operations personnel, maintain operational oversight of all solar sites on a daily basis;\\\\n• Keep the Maintenance Services Manager informed of all matters regarding plant operations and maintenance;\\\\n• Work closely on a day-to-day basis with Ameresco operations and maintenance personnel to ensure sites are operating optimally;\\\\n• Team with Ameresco operations and maintenance personnel ensuring execution of all maintenance work, parts purchasing, equipment repairs, and inventory management is coordinated efficiently;\\\\n• Assist in preparation of all maintenance/service proposals, evaluating bids, selecting contractors and implementing contracts;\\\\n• Coordinate the supervision of any maintenance contractors at sites ensuring maintenance and repair work is done correctly and in compliance with contract terms;\\\\n• Serve as site representative and POC as required;\\\\n• Maintain and submit all required solar production reports and provide necessary input for the monthly operations reports;\\\\n• Maintain the solar sites O&M and administrative procedures consistent with overall company policies and guidelines and ensure their execution and compliance;\\\\n• Communicate opportunities or recommendations for modifications or improvements to assure optimum efficiency of solar assets;\\\\n• Maintain satisfactory community and public relations through direct contacts with community individuals or groups as and when required;\\\\n• Become familiar with and perform duties as required at other non-solar facilities within the purview of the Northeast O&M group\\\\n\\\\n
