Joe Larscheid is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and the founder of OnePlan, a leading provider of cloud-based Strategic Portfolio and Work Management software. With over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Joe has built a reputation for combining technical depth with a visionary, people-first leadership style.Based in San Diego, Joe served as CEO of OnePlan from its founding in 2020 until 2025, helping grow the company into a category leader recognized for its Microsoft-integrated, AI-enabled solutions.
