Core Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for national clients: institutional investors, REITs, lenders, developers, and law firms • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business • Act as a strategic partner, understanding client needs and helping navigate title/escrow complexities2. Deal Coordination • Support multi-state commercial transactions, working with title and escrow across jurisdictions • Coordinate with underwriters, escrow officers, legal teams, and local offices nationwide • Resolve issues related to title insurance, liens, encumbrances, and closing logistics3. Business Development • Identify and pursue new national opportunities—especially with expanding clients or portfolio buyers • Work closely with business units to cross-sell other First American services • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions (NAIOP, ULI, ICSC, etc.)4. Strategic Account Oversight • Monitor deal pipelines and track performance metrics for assigned accounts • Provide regular reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders • Deliver insights into emerging markets or changes in client strategy5. Internal Collaboration • Act as a bridge between local branch offices and the national services platform • Guide internal teams on client preferences, deal structures, or compliance nuances • Train or mentor junior team members on best practices and client service
