As a coach I believe in serving others through the knowledge I\'ve gained from in-game experience, biomechanics, injury rehabilitation & mitigation, strength & conditioning, mental skills, and the integration of data analysis to enhance player performance and health.With 17 years of high level experience consisting of 3 years at the University of Alabama, followed by 14 years professionally, a decade of MLB experience, and 6 surgeries spanning 20••••24 contributing to 8 years of injury and post surgery rehabilitation experience; my career has been built through grit, discipline, and a steadfast commitment to growth. I believe in a open minded, collaborative effort between front office, analysts, coaching, strength & conditioning, and medical staff. This synergistic effect allows for implementation of the optimal programming for the athlete in the training room, weight room, and on the field.
